Preparation Instructions:

For regular cleanings, we recommend providing key or code access. In high-rise buildings, access can often be arranged through the concierge or building security.

The duration of our cleaning service depends on your home’s size, its condition, and any special requests. Rest assured, our team is known for their efficiency.
Pet Policy:
We are a pet-friendly service and strive to make your pets comfortable during the cleaning process. However, if you have aggressive pets, please ensure they are secured during our visit.
Supplies and Equipment:
ou do not need to supply materials or equipment unless you have specific products you’d like us to use. Our team brings all necessary supplies, including vacuums and flat mops.
Green Cleaning Service:
We prioritize the health of people and pets by using natural products, ensuring our service is both environmentally and allergy-friendly. While it may require extra effort, we believe the planet is worth it.
Satisfaction Assurance:
We conduct quality audits and randomly select jobs for review. While perfection is our goal, we welcome constructive feedback and will address any concerns promptly.

Yes, all our employees, including office staff, undergo background checks.

Operating Hours:

Cancellation Policy:
We value the time of both our employees and clients. To maintain a consistent schedule, we request that cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our technicians’ schedules and offer the time slot to other clients. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total service fee, while same-day cancellations or failure to provide access will result in a full service fee. Rescheduling requests within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee unless the service can be rescheduled within the same week. Please refer to our full guidelines for more details.
Discount Opportunities:
We offer discounts for daily, weekly, and bi-weekly cleaning services. Additionally, we provide a one-time discount for referrals.
